Last year the library withdrew from Josiah items identified as lost or missing in 1998 or earlier. On December 1, 2002 we will shortly begin withdrawing Josiah records for books missing in 1999. Like last year, these items were not forwarded to Acquisitions for automatic replacement, although additional copies of some may have been acquired. Therefore, again like last year, we have generated lists of the titles so that selectors may submit replacement requests if desired. These lists are available below. To request replacements, use the Josiah link in the lists below to export individual Josiah records and email them to your Acquisitions bibliographic liaison, or print and annotate lists and send to the Acquisitions staff. Before submitting a replacement request, please take into account whether the Library owns other copies. If the volume missing is part of a multi-volume set and we cannot locate a replacement for the single volume, please give instructions on whether we should buy a complete set to replace a single missing volume. Replacements will be charged to discipline firm order money. Please note that the Josiah export function will not be available starting December 1, 2002 as records are withdrawn.

-- Because these records were output in two sequences and are sorted as strings, call number order is not precise:  Oversize items are listed first and within letter groups numbers are read left to right without regard to decimal place.
